Agreement

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Who can use this service

You must be 18 or over and resident in Great Britain. You must provide accurate and complete information in your medical assessment. Providing false information can make treatment genuinely dangerous and will invalidate any prescription issued.

Prescriptions are not guaranteed

Every order is subject to review by a UK-registered prescriber. They may decline to prescribe, request more information, or recommend a different treatment. A prescription is issued entirely at their clinical discretion. If treatment is declined you receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices include the prescription, medicine, dispensing and delivery, and are shown in pounds sterling. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout and held against your order pending clinical review.

Subscriptions

A subscription bills automatically at the frequency you select until you cancel. You can pause, change the frequency or cancel at any time before the next renewal from your account. Each renewal is subject to a prescriber check. We email you before every charge.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a cold-chain item arrives outside its temperature range, tell us within 24 hours and we will replace it at no charge.

Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days to cancel most online purchases. Prescription-only medicines are exempt once dispensed, for patient safety reasons, dispensed medicines cannot be returned to stock. Anything not yet dispensed is fully refundable. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are always replaced or refunded.

Your responsibilities

• Take your medicine only as directed, and read the patient information leaflet
• Tell us promptly about side effects or changes to your health or medication
• Never share prescription medicine with anyone else
• Keep your account credentials secure

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
