A UK prescriber reviews it

Usually a few hours

A GPhC-registered prescriber reads your assessment in full. They check eligibility, look for interactions with anything else you take, and confirm the right starting dose for you.

They may message you if something needs clarifying
If a treatment is not suitable, they will say why and suggest alternatives
You are refunded in full if you are not approved

We dispense and dispatch

Next working day

Your prescription goes to a registered UK pharmacy. Injections are packed with cold-chain protection so they arrive within their temperature range, and everything ships in plain packaging with no branding.

Common questions

Everything else you might be wondering

Do I need to see my GP first?+

No. Our prescribers can assess and prescribe independently. We do recommend telling your GP what you are taking so your medical record stays complete, and we will write to them with your consent.

What if I am not approved?+

You are refunded in full, usually within three to five working days. The prescriber will explain their reasoning and, where possible, suggest an alternative that would be suitable.

How much does the consultation cost?+

Nothing. The price you see on each treatment includes the prescription, the medicine, dispensing and delivery. There is no separate consultation fee and no subscription charge on top.

How quickly will my order arrive?+

Assessments submitted before 3pm on a working day are usually reviewed the same day and dispatched that afternoon for next-working-day delivery. Weekend orders are reviewed on Monday.

Is the packaging discreet?+

Yes. Plain outer packaging with no pharmacy branding, no medicine names and no indication of the contents. The sender shows as a fulfilment name rather than anything identifying.

What happens when I need my next month?+

If you are on a plan it ships automatically after a prescriber check, and we email you a few days before. If you order manually, we send a reminder when you are around a week from running out.

Can I change treatment part way through?+

Yes, and it is common. If side effects are hard to manage or progress has stalled, message your care team. Switching between GLP-1 treatments usually means starting at an equivalent dose rather than from the beginning.

What are my rights to cancel?+

You can cancel a plan at any time before the next renewal with no fee. Under UK law, prescription medicines that have been dispensed cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our pharmacy, for safety reasons, but anything not yet dispensed is fully refundable.
